Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Electro Highlight. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Our policy lasts 07 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at [email address or phone number] with your order details and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 11 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return as per our return guidelines and then place a new order for the desired item.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 05 days of delivery. We will provide instructions on returning the item, and once the item is received and inspected, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 01 hours of placement. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.
